The Family Room: This family room has comfortable furnishings, including glass doors and windows to show its unforgettable view of Lake Hamilton. The sliding door leads to a privatebalcony that holds comfortable patio furnishings and ceiling fans. Also,there is cable TV, VCR, DVD, phone and a wood burning fireplace for chilly nights.
Kitchen: Furnished with new appliances, cabinets, and granite counter tops, guests will find the open kitchen with serving bar to be well equipped. All dishes and cooking utensils are provided. While cooking you will also enjoy the open view of Lake Hamilton! The washer & dryer are located in the kitchen hall area.
Bathrooms: There are two full baths with tubs and showers. One includes a vanity area that adjoins the master bedroom. The other is a hall bath and located next to the second bedroom.
Master Bedroom: This comfortable bedroom offers access to the private balcony and an open lake view! This room has a king-sized bed (with an upgraded mattress for comfort). A ceiling fan, cable TV, phone, and double closets are included in this well appointed room. The master bath can be made private by the closing of a door!
Bedroom Two: This bedroom offers a queen-sized bed (with an upgraded mattress for comfort). This room is very comfortable for guests and within only a few steps of the outstanding view this unit has to offer! Located next to the hall bath, it includes a ceiling fan, large mirrored closet and window looking onto the parking area.
The Landing 6-C Features: This complex is very well-kept and has one of the best views Lake Hamilton has to offer. It is in one of Hot Springs most desirable areas, 7 South. This is not just a lake view condo, it is lakefront and has an outstanding view! There are no stairs to climb since this unit is parking lot level! t slip, swimming pool, tennis court, and basketball. The common area gazebo is for all to enjoy and is great for fishing and picnics. When visiting Hot Springs, most guest prefer lodging on Lake Hamilton. This unit is located within 10-15 minutes of historic downtown Hot Springs, Bath 
House Row, Oak Lawn Thoroughbred Horse Racing, Boat or Water Toy Rentals, Magic Springs Theme Park, shopping, restaurants, and all other tourist attractions. The Clinton Presidential Library is located in Little Rock, 60 miles away.
The Area: Arkansas is beautiful and known as the “Natural State.” Arkansas contains two and a half million acres of national forests, seven national scenic byways, three state scenic byways and over 50 state parks. Hot Spring National Park offers over 4,000 acres to explore by driving or hiking its trails. You’ll find beautiful views in every direction, especially from the top of the National Park Mountain!

Hot Springs is the tourist capital of Arkansas and home to the nation’s oldest National Park (since 1921). Due to nearly 850,000 gallons of hot water that are produced daily in this area, it has developed numerous bath houses and offers historic tours of them. Hot Spring is very rich with history, from the stories of the healing waters, to the day of Hot Springs being a neutral territory for well-known gangsters! Surrounded by mountains and tall pines, Lake Hamilton is beautiful! Activities on the lake include boating, fishing, fly-fishing, water skiing and jet skiing, fishing tournaments and paddle boat tours. Fishing guide service is available. Boat and water toy rentals are nearby.
Magic Springs Amusement Park (named as one of the best in the nation by Family Circle Magazine) offers a fun day for the entire family. It offers over 80 attractions (both wet and dry) and has several roller coasters including the wooden, “Arkansas Twister” and the newer, suspended style “Gauntlet!” Well-known entertainers guest star here every summer. Oak Lawn Thoroughbred Race Track offers some of horse racing’s biggest names and best race horses! They call Hot Springs home for 3 months every year. And every year $1 million dollars will be paid to the winner of the Arkansas Derby during the Racing Festival of the South. The winner of the Arkansas Derby is given a special invitation to race in the Kentucky Derby. Many of the nations Kentucky Derby Winners are former winners of the Arkansas Derby!
Hot Springs is also home to many festivals held throughout the year like the Blues Fest, Jazz Fest, Oktoberfest, and the Documentary Film Festival.
